The Kick-off Meeting of the WESET Project “Wind Engineering Skills in Egypt and Tunisia” took place in Tunisia, at the University of Carthage, on December 18 – 20, 2017, with the representation of all the partner institutions.
The Rector of the University of Carthage, Mrs Olfa Ben Ouda, and other authorities welcomed the participants, who represented the Tunisian, Egyptian and European institutions partners in the project.
During the three-day meeting some important issues regarding the management and the activities of the project were discussed, such as the ERASMUS+ regulations and the specific objectives and the activities to be carried out under each work package. Furthermore, the several committees for the smooth management of the project were appointed.
The meeting also provided the occasion for the partner institutions to be promoted thanks to the poster session that took place during the first day at the University of Carthage and which had the participation of students, academics and authorities from Tunisian institutions.
